Special prints of Bruiser launched - the first being auctioned for charity 15 Mar 2013

" Bruiser " features Nick's favourite subject swiming near the surface with the light dancing accross its back .

This is number 1 of only five limited edition full size prints of this stunning painting . These special giclee prints are printed on museum grade fine art paper to the highest standard , each one is then checked and signed by Nick and comes with a signed COA .

As per the original the image size is 91cm x 28.5cm

All money raised from this sale will go to Support our sharks ( SOS ).

SOS was established in May 2010 in response to the world's dwindling populations of sharks and rays, with the goal of educating the public and inspiring interest in protecting these ecologically and economically important fish.

Titled "Fin$" this Hamerhead painting is a bit different - the fins are made from real US Dollars and it was inspired by the tragic and frankly barbaric practice of shark fining . Literally tens of thousands of sharks of all varieties are killed each year so their fins so they can be used for shark fin soup . This is often done by cutting the fins off live sharks and throwing the body back into the sea .

I'm hoping to get this painting into an exhibition in London next year so it can be seen by as many people as possible - when its sold i'll donate my part of the proceeds to a shark charity .

Nicks latest piece has just been completed and features this amazing Tiger shark spread over two canvases giving it a total size of two meters . This piece will be one of Nicks entries for the Wildlife Artist Of The Year competition 2013 .

Dive 2012 was a great success with some fantastic feedback on our new paintings and products . Nick Oneill Art has some big plans for 2013 to bring the wonders of the seas to even more people .
